Ten years have passed since the 9/11 Terrorist Attacks...
New York-based film director Gen Takahashi and reporter Ikuma Isaac took to the five New York boroughs to conduct man-on-the-street interviews.

From academics, lawyers and Wall Street businessmen to the homeless, ex-convicts, United Nations staffers and artists.  Even a Hollywood actor.  Children, homemakers, 9/11 rescue volunteers, family members of victims.  On the beat, Takahashi and Isaac encounter and interview over 200 people,  including an exclusive interview with Sharif El-Gamal, chairman of the controversial Park 51 Community Center, known as the "Ground Zero mosque". A beautifully random cross-section of New Yorkers' voices are documented. 

The interviews took place from July, 2011 until the last day of filming, September 11, 2011.  The result: never-before-heard opinions by every day New Yorkers regarding the 9/11 terrorist attacks.  Post-production for "An Ordinary Opinion" is scheduled to wrap March, 2012,  in time for submission to upcoming major film festivals. 

2001年9月11日米国同時多発テロから10年･･･

ニューヨーク市マンハッタンを拠点に活動する映画監督・高橋玄とリポーター・生馬アイザック(Ikuma Isaac)が、ＮＹＣの全行政区ブロンクス、ブルックリン、マンハッタン、クイーンズ、スタテン・アイランドを駆け巡り、無作為の街頭インタビューを敢行。

大学教授、弁護士、ウォール街の金融マンからホームレス、元囚人、国連職員、アーティスト、ハリウッド俳優から主婦、子供たち、9.11救援活動のボランティアと遺族の方まで、あらゆる世代と民族、多様な職業と立場にあるニューヨーク市民2０0人以上の声を記録し続けた。

2011年７月から10年目の9.11メモリアル当日まで、これまで語られることがなかったニューヨーク市民の「普通の意見」を追ったドキュメンタリー。2012年春の国際配給に向けてポスト・プロダクションがスタートしている。
